based on the federal law not being enforced because...police (some of them, not trolling but let's be real they dropped the ball here) the guns were not his to turn in. they should have been confiscated. seriously, you are going to trust a person deemed too unstable to own guns to turn them in voluntarily?

ok. people should have to pick up their lives and move because police won't do their job. you have to know that's not right
