I have worked with many and find 'blue Heelers' most intelligent as a breed.
But I have seen many other individuals of other breeds just as smart.
Has always stumped me as to why the Heeler is so easily taught.
I think it is that they are more visually observant to your actions.
That may come from the dingo in them.
