He hit pause because this plan never existed in the first place. It was just another one of his Twitter brain farts that's painted him into another corner. Trump does this to himself constantly and he's currently doing it about the Iran military strike that didn't happen. He tells blatant, unnecessary lies which send him into a two day news cycle which confirms what smart people know about Donald Trump...he's a pathological liar like the world has never seen before. He lies like the rest of us breathe. If his lips are moving, 9 times out of 10 there will be a lie coming out. I'm intentionally exaggerating there, but it's very possible that stat I made up is an actual fact.
