Trump ordered the attack, our military sprung into action, and then Trump "changed his mind". Trump tends to take advice from "the last person he talked to" - it doesn't matter who is right or who gives the best advice, but instead whomever he last talked to. He doesn't read about any of the issues or have a basic understanding of them; He just takes advice from anyone. For all we know Hannity gave him advice.

This is not the proper way to run a government.
