They absolutely do exist, and just about all so-called paranormal phenomena is caused by them. All humans are spiritual beings tethered to a physical body due to sin, and many conditions written off as "mental illness" are actually demonic attachments or possessions.
The better question is do you walk in the light of Jesus Christ, or do you waste away in the darkness, baiting the demons and inviting them to torment you? We are nearing Revelation 13 times and there is no middle ground for anyone.
