explain me than why
1. this guy was first time arrested at the end of the 80s for right radical violence.
2. Why he went to jail 1992 for attacking a foreigner
3. Why he was jailed again 1993 because of a failed bomb attack on an asylum seeker home.
4. why he have joined the national democratic party (meanwhile forbidden) in 2000
5. why he was convicted again in 2009 for assaulting an approved rally
