How do you simply just suspend them. They wont change their views from that. Added to this, it's a field day for lawyers with minority defendants arrested by these guys. Soon as the 1st lawyer gets the names of these guys every case they were the arresting officer comes into question.
They are unemployable in my book as they can't be trusted. It should be immediate termination and be put on their permanent work records. It's 100% certain that if they are spreading racist hate online that that same hate has carried over to their job and likely caused people to be charged with crimes.
