Paxum seems to rely heavily on other parties - all sorts of mysterious bank descriptors on my previous wire and EFT withdrawals - so they're probably waiting too. Not much point Ruth reiterating "real soon now" when she may not know herself.
I suspect Paxum is basically a colocated web server, a legal address for company registration (Street View of the address on their website shows it's a
UPS store, but there may be an actual office nearby), and a small number of employees that work from home.
