I didn’t see the original post but you quoted it and your stats are alarming to many I’m sure. The media focuses on black kids in gangs and portrays most black folks as troubled. When white kids cause havoc, they were spoiled or ignored and need attention.
It’s sad that a black student can be valedictorian and people say they must have cheated. It’s equally sad that they have black colleges. I’m assuming that they focus on black studies and black people who’ve accomplished much but get little recognition. Why not combine that with studies of all leaders, explorers and recognized great people? We grow up uneducated on high-ranking black folks.
