I'll play along.
Let's say this is true and they got a "daft"... Perhaps it was because they demanded the report before it was finished. Such reports can take months or even years. No problem. If anyone in Congress really wants to see the full report they can ask for it, and if that fails they can subpoena it. No problems - they are a private company and will gladly turn it over.
Doesn't matter. Republicans won't read it any how. And even if they did, it will be too complicate for them to read - meaning, too complicated for anyone in Congress to understand, also GFY, and for anyone unless they have a degree in networking.
