Thats pretty cool. I would try one.
The new "Beyond Meat" Burger at A&W is pretty good. I've had a few of them in the past 6 weeks or so. They seem "lighter" than meat. The best way I can think of to describe is to say to imagine a beef patty of regular size, that has been injected with air. The texture and taste are great, but something about it "feels" lighter.
I hope to try an Impossible Burger soon too.
