Motherfucker I did volunteer work for a democrat candidate to the state legislature from Baltimore - I know what the problems are and who the players are. 80% of the reps are black, and they damn sure don't start throwing the term racist around because they actually have to govern. The issue, dumbass, is how to craft a political system that discourages self-serving behavior while positively engaging the community. Racism may have shaped Baltimore, but it isn't the biggest issue now and everyone knows it.
