A very stupid question. Maybe because he was born in the USA? For example, I was born in Russia and I don't want to leave it. The USA must be good for their citizens, Mexicans and various Canadians, but I won't live there even at a gun point. I've been to that country. It's ok to get drunk at Bourbon street in New Orleans, doing something in Vegas (everything that happens there must stay there) visiting a Paramount park in LA or just swimming in Miami Beach at 8 AM when you are alone and feel like a king of the Atlantic. But this is all just a fun for a few days and you want to get home as soon as possible. If you've been to Moscow you understand what I'm talking about.
