You are conflating two separate issues.
Thankfully in America this legal issue is already settled & transgenders can use the bathroom they please.
Idiots who beat up transgenders using the toilet will be prosecuted appropriately becuuse they are breaking the law. Fear and ignorance of the law is no excuse for committing a crime.
