Well, most red light windows are closed and they are now talking about a red light district fee. Cause people are too dutch; "kijken kijken, niet kopen" (look look, not buy). Still enough to see. Green left is in control and they rather see you not coming to Amsterdam cause tourist are annoying. They even removed the sign "I AMSTERDAM" so tourist won't see it on Instagram. Airbnb is forbidden/reduced.
And you can buy weed, but not smoke with tobacco in some shops. And some coffeeshops now forbid all smoking. Smoking rooms in bars and coffeeshops will be forbidden so people must smoke on the streets. Now you have a mix of coffeeshops, some allow more than others.
