What I’ve found is this. No one has the cash and wants the seller to hold the note. Not sayung you are doing this, but when a business is worth millions, no one wants to get paid with their own money. I look at it like buying a house. One needs a loan. The seller shouldn’t have to wait. It seems everyone is using the dee cash acquisition model and payoff method. I’ll sell, but i want cash in hand
