Fair comment, but over here we don't have states, so that wouldn't be a benefit. What I was getting at was that on a list of 'benefits' regarding me banking with them, could have been 'World Class Award Winning App to manage your finances yourself 24/7' or 'Photo Cashing of cheques - No need to leave the house' or 'Free Emergency 1 month overdraft of £500' or 'Speak to someone live via the app, wirth no security questions - We know its you from the the phone' or any number of other things that they offer me, but no.
The BIG selling point is that I'm actually allowed to go into their banks...
That probably better explains what Im getting at.
