1) Porn is not banned in Russia. Perhaps you meant UK or Saudi Arabia?
2) Free speech is really banned in Putin-controlled media, but not online. Actually that's why sane people in Russia don't watch TV anymore. Everybody's watching youtube. E.g. I have no television signal source at my home - only the Internet.
