Seriously,
If you post an ad on this site and I click it then the very next thing I do is shrink the browser to see if your site is responsive.
And if it's not responsive then I know the rest of your site is completely out of date.
No way a non-responsive site is updating content when they can't even hire someone to
add a little html and modify the style sheet to fix the problem.
