Early on there was a lot of chatter Flynn did what he did to setup these perps.. It's fact he notified DIA of his intentions there.. It's fact they even "prepped" him for it... He lied to trigger everything that follows... Mueller knew DIA was aware of everything.. Yet he still pressed charges... That surely doesn't bode well with them.
