Once i was watching one Canadian tv serie regularly, and each outro was ending same sentence" content is the king", i was kind a wondering how did you managed to affect them
But anyway, it also depend from which role you shoot - for example, if you buy traffic, then yes it is far more important to have good content, but if you are webmaster, then it's more important to have traffic as traffic can be always sold regardless do you have good content or not. So basicly, depending on business model.
