UK gave a shit on industry production and education of high skilled workers because they wanted to be the financial services capital of the world and thought that nothsea oil will go to 500 dollar per barrel.

it will be a tax oasis that is not producing ANYTHING and it will be a paradise for the upper 10.000. it will be like cyprus that have more companies located there as the complete rest of the EU and where the average monthly income is 1000 euros.
