Well let me explain it to you then.
Moving money from A to B only works for B. Also if companies are moving to enjoy cheap labour, the money transferred is less when it lands in B. Saving companies a lot of money. Then the people of A don't just disappear. They're left looking for work, getting lower wages and many relying on welfare.
Even worse is the loss of revenue from the companies. Businesses pay a lot in taxes, via the workers, health insurance, building taxes, fuel, corporation taxes, etc. To lose all that money devastates tax revenue at a time when extra pressure is put on it.
