Mark, that's because a valid birth certificate IS A REQUIREMENT. To this day no one has ever seen the original paper one. The PDF version that Obama posted on the White House website was proven by digital forensic experts to be a forgery. Also Obama's own lawyers ADMITTED in court that the certificate he provided was not genuine. By the way his grandmother says that she witnessed him being born in Kenya.
