The police should sue him but realistically he won’t have any money. Acting jobs aren’t looking for him and others are wary. Anything he’d saved went for lawyers. His car is ten years old and junky in appearance. He lives in a lower-class neighborhood according to the news, and they his apartment is in a tenement house.

Supposedly he earned $70k/yr on Empire. 24 weeks working so about $3k/week. Considering half the year is spent renting in California, he’s not making bank. After taxes and rent and airfare and car insurance and utilities, he probably has high credit card bills.

No commercial work, no appearances, no future work. McDonald’s is hiring I hope.

Many people lie to the police and hours are wasted. Is the new norm going to be charging for investigative work if the guilty are proven liars?
