I have done quite a few deals using Escrow, not for domains though.
I would expect an Escrow deal to take 4-10 business days for everything to clear out and you to get your cash. This of course depends on the responsiveness of the other party.
I have a few premium keyword domains, now I'm thinking about listing them…
