^^ That's a trick question. Didn't happen. He gave polling data (which may have been publicly available) to a former employee of his. That person knew some other guy who may know someone involved in Russian intelligence. Rochard acts like Manafort is giving state secrets directly to the KGB. That did not happen, which explains why there was no indictment related to that.
