With Smollett, the state DOJ decided not to prosecute him for whatever reason. Red Hats are outraged at this miscarriage of justice.


So I ask Red Hats, why is it ok for Trump but not the gay black gay? Both cases are exactly the same, the AG/DOJ refused to prosecute a crime. You guys are joyed at one but outraged at the other..
