Mueller said Trump "is not exonerated". His words. It's right there in Barr's report. Mueller deferred on if Trump should be charged and Trump's lackey Barr said no. It's right there in the report summary.
199 criminal charges and 37 indictments. There are people in federal prison because of the Mueller investigation. How are you so daft?

Barr's 4 page "summary" is all political.
Mueller's report will be all facts, and any facts that make Trump look bad will be redacted by Barr.
