You are referring a few small groups of them that believe in strict interpretation of the laws of their god. They are not the majority and hardly set the president for everyone else. Christians justified slavery, brain washed native Americans and stole their land and dignity.
If you take the time to look, you will find similar folks in all religions. Most have not taken up arms in their cause. It is because those few use religion as a mask in obtaining 'POWER'.
But most of you anti-Muslims still believe in a 3000 year old 'Hammurabi Moral Code' that says a 'eye for a eye'. Get with it...
That same code says if you accidentally kill a peasant, you might get a fine, but if you accidentally kill a person of wealth, you will be executed.

I have no use for your religions' except to allow you to practice your faith. I am tolerant.
And that is what it comes down to. Tolerance till you infringe on the rights of others.
