He doesn't do a good job explaining relativity and time.

Time slows down when you are closer to a heavy object such as the Earth, relative to someone . A person's watch ticks more slowly than a person on a mountain top, or flying in the air.

Time slows down when you are moving quickly. A watch flying in a plain or in orbit ticks more slowly than one that is stationary.

I think time is affect too thanks to frame Dragging (also called Lense-Thirring), but I don't know which direction is affected.
