Years ago i owned a small clinic that had a laser treatment to help people stop smoking. The system was call smoking cessation therapy. Using a class 4 lasers we would saturate acupuncture points around the ears nose and hand to help with withdrawal symptoms. This would excite the mitochondria in the blood leaving you feeling relaxed and most people fell asleep. Out of the 4000 people we treated we got an 65% success rate after 6 months. This was huge but in San Diego CA few people smoked so i sold the company. Anyway it was a great system for most people as it relaxed them and helped with the cravings.

What may also help you is to stay away from Coffee and alcohol for a few weeks as the habit or association is tough to break if you continue to drink these beverages. Also stay away from clubs and bars and anywhere that people might smoke either inside or outside the premises. Drink tons of distilled water to flush out the toxins from your body and good luck

I should note that in Canada where i was trained to use these lasers they treat heroin addicts and alcoholics and apparently the success rate was near 85% as it is apparently easier to stop these addiction than nicotine !
