A last one? Are you dying? If no, never say that word again. I was a heavy smoker for more than 10 years since my 16. When I realized that I have severe addiction problems, I've just quit. I didn't read Allen Carr and I never told myself: "this one is the last cigarette". I always had a pack of cigarettes in my pocket and I knew that I can smoke in any moment if I want. But I never did that.
That was many-many years ago. Now I can smoke a good Cuban cigar once a few months, but I have no addiction to cigars. As about the cigarettes, so I don't even like to think about them because even their smell associates with a rotten trash for me.
