Depending on details I'd pay maybe 200 for this. Most of those uniques are to Reddit there is no guarantee they will click thru to your site. It's also odd that in December you had no traffic and then January it skyrocketed ? So it's very new I'm guessing. 400$ seems a bit high IDK maybe I'm wrong. I'd love to see the subreddit and talk more thx and good luck.
