He's got a lot to process. It seems that he's only just now learning that real estate investing is about cash on cash return and leveraging against equity to use other peoples money and minimize the total cash outlay and to maximize ROI... and seems to think that borrowing against equity which countless millions of people do each year is a "ponzi scheme".
