As far as Yahoo chat goes, you can get your hosting terminated from spam complaints and you will get 3 or 4 complaints a month. I know people that have been termed from it. You also get complaints to your sponsor.

Funniest thing is the people complaining to your host and sponsor are most likely other webmasters/spammers.
