Once again you have no clue of what is happening here.
Imagine if the United States was able to completely stop people from crossing our border illegally, be it people or drugs. Nothing would change. The vast majority of people who are illegal immigrants didn't cross the border in the dead of the night in the desert, but instead came here legally. The majority of the drugs are also coming through ports of entry as well.
Everyone wants secure our borders. But we are not about to spend $60 billion on a wall that won't fix the problem.
