You really are stupid. Stores don't check ID's, it is against Visa/MC regulations. Secondly, Home Depot would not have eaten the loss the credit card company would have. And an ATM? You need a PIN to use an ATM, you seriously don't live in the US, admit it.

And BTW, learn the difference between retail and website transactions.
