Because she wasn't
allegedly arrested and charged with these crimes, she was
in fact arrested and charged with them. See those are something we call statement of facts.
You don't need to put someone was allegedly charged with the crime when you are getting the data from the authorities who charged her with said crimes.
Here's something else interesting to note .... a few tweets she made about pedophiles a few years ago.
