Consumer inflation continues to rise if you have not noticed and we really have not rolled through the uncounted unemployed and the underemployed.
Some are working 2 and 3 jobs because they are all part time jobs.
because many of those uncounted are getting jobs is the only reason there has not been wage inflation the fed has feared.
We do have a shortage of people trained for certain jobs because they went where the pay is good, even if not what they were trained for.
Normally biz would provide that training to fill their need, but now-a-days, they want the government to train these folks. More Corporate welfare.
Hey... the only 2 reasons I don't hire is, nobody is willing to work for what I'm willing to pay if they were trained for what I need. So why don't you train them for me so it still don't cost me any more and I can keep paying near min wages.
