How many idiots live on this planet... Russian IRBM's (intermediate-range missiles) have a zero threat for the USA, because they can't reach it. Only ICBM's can do it but they are not included into the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty.
Russian IRBM's can be used against NATO countries in the EU only, but never against the USA. On the other hand, the US ones located in the EU are a serious threat to Russia and China.
Here is cliffs notes for dummies: the USA will be able to use their IRBM's located in the EU against Russia and China, while Russia and China won't be able to use theirs against the USA.
So which country wins if the treaty will be suspended? Start using your brain already.
