Obama also went on a long binge creating new and stifling business regulations by executive order in the middle of the worst recession since the Great Depression... all of which Trump had to undo in his first week of office. Today we are the worlds largest producer of oil, exporting more oil than we import. Today the steel industry is revived. Today mining is revived. Today, manufacturing is revived... etc etc etc. Obama could have made that happen but didn't. In fact, he did the opposite. He ran around telling US Citizens and US Business that it could never happen again.
