US have one of the WORST and most expensive healthcare systems in the world.
try to get an international insures anywhere in the world - you will get it but thy ALL exclude the US as the one and only country and there is a reason for it.

if people do not even have the option but the OBLIGATION to be health insured as less are the government spendings for medicaid at the end.

and people with health care live longer and work longer and pay longer taxes.
but you probably don't understand that any better than the fact that in countries where no weapons are sold to crazy, 99% fewer people die from weapons.
