Video Shows White Inmate Stabbing 4 Black Inmates Handcuffed to a Table
An Ohio correctional facility is under fire after video surfaces of an apparent racially-charged attack that was allegedly aided by a correctional officer. The Associated Press released the footage which comes from the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville, OH, one of the most secure facilities in the state.
The attack took place back in June 2017 when the white inmate Greg Reinke went after the men because he "felt like killing someone." One of the 4 victims, Shamieke Pugh, told AP that he believed the attack was orchestrated by the correctional staff, something the correctional officers' union and prosecutors deny.
