But yea it's not a barbaric culture, but just incidents, right? It's just a coincidence all these incidents happened at the same time, at the same place, and with coordinated collaboration between the perpetrators. It are all isolated incidents!
And that Cologne was one of the most depressing cities i've ever visited is probably a coincidence... Nobody was happy there, illegals were running amok, and the perished 'refugees welcome' stickers on lamp posts and walls were sticking out like sore thumbs, drenched in irony. Capitulated to society destroying EU policy.
