If you are doing everything yourself and got good traffic already and revenue time for you to hire people to do the routine work and focus on different path to make your projet bigger, plenty of infomation out there you dont need to copy tubes strat you can learn alot from mainstream and see how good projet got from 1 to 100 if that make sense.
