And also those stats are skewed because they lump in hispanics with whites. They do make a feeble attempt to add some, but if you notice the foot notes that say "Not all agencies provide ethnicity data; therefore, the race and ethnicity totals will not equal" proves a lot don't separate hispanics from white when arresting hence why I use NYC data because they are one of the only agencies that DO separate hispanics from whites.
