I eat meat, but vegans have the right idea. The animals are severely mistreated, live in horrible conditions and face a horrific end. The meat industry contributes alot to global warming, etc. Then again, humans are meat eaters. It tastes good and in moderation is a necessary part of our diet. Reducing our intake and treating animals more humanely is something that needs to be addressed.
