So this situation is a real mess, right?
Here's a GREAT IDEA that I know will never happen. Donald Trump should invite the kid and Phillips to the white house, or some meeting somewhere, where the 3 of them can sit and talk. Trump should make it very clear to both that everyone deserves respect, heard, and that any disagreements can be solved with discussion and diplomacy.
It's the perfect photo OP for Trump, and he would get to show he can broker a deal where everyone comes out a winner.
