the "Buy NZ" campaign was so successful New Zealand now is the only country with a free trade agreement with China, cos they can send all the shit they want.. but no one's buying it unless less there's no alternative. It also meant that local business didn't fuck around trying to produce what China can make themselves, they concentrate on what China can't make.. and sell it back to them.
NZ now has a trade surplus with China despite bilateral trade increasing ten fold.
Install pride in your country to buy locally made, produce what China can't make themselves..
